  1. What is your return policy?

    Our return policy is:
    1. To assure prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise, we ask that you follow these steps:

    2. A return authorization number must be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department. This number will be valid for only fifteen (15) days from invoice date.
    3. The authorization number must be clearly written on each package. If this number is not on your package, it will be refused.
    4. Credit or adjustment is given on mistakes that are our fault provided you contact our Customer Service Department within five (5) days from receipt of merchandise.
    5. Returns that the customer orders incorrectly will be charged a 20% restocking fee and return freight.
    6. Absolutely NO returns are accepted unless the merchandise is in original cartons in new condition. Any apparel returned with the smell of smoke will not be accepted. Credit will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, or abused.
    7. All returns must include a written explanation of why the merchandise is being returned.
    8. NO returns are accepted after fifteen (15) days from date of invoice.
    9. Damaged, lost, or short shipments should be reported to your UPS office immediately; then contact us, so we can reship the merchandise and place a claim. Keep damaged goods and containers until advised otherwise.

  2. How often do new products become available?
    We usually add on new design/products to our inventory on a regular basis. It depends on the availability of the new products on the market. In most of cases we have the new items extremely fast.

  3. Do you ship internationally?
    No. Currently we ship within the continental United States only.

  4. How long will it take for my order to be processed?
    Most of the orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours and it should never exceed 48 hours if placed Monday through Friday by 3 p.m EST. Orders made on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  5. What can I do if my order was not approved?
    There are a number of reasons for your order not to be approved. The main reason could be your credit card failed to pass the fraud detection test. You may contact us directly at sales @ cookware-4-me.com if you wish to complete the order.
